Stafford Borough Council - Ignite & Thrive

We created a bespoke programme for Stafford Borough Council to help aspiring business owners launch their business, and current business owners grow.
Participants get access to face-to-face workshops in local venues, as well as webinars that cover key topics relevant to where they are at with their business.
Topics covered include Outstanding Performance in Business, Marketing & Sales, Branding and Finance.
We have also provided additional individual support as an add-on to help particularly committed participants supercharge their business.
We have an excellent retention rate, with 95% of participants attending at least three workshops.

Staffordshire County Council - Growth Hub Advisors

In collaboration with Staffordshire County Council, we provide specialist coaching and advice for business owners in Staffordshire, to help grow their business.
Participants receive in-depth coaching and unlock growth opportunities as we look at key numbers they may not have previously considered.
We have worked with over 130 businesses, with many reporting increases in revenue since we started working with them.
We have worked with businesses ranging from yoga instructors to cleaning companies, and are able to adapt our approach to suit the needs of any client and support them to apply key fundamentals of business growth.

HMP Maidstone - Business Hub

Rocketeer has been operating our Business Hub three days per week at HMP Maidstone since 2018.
Over 800 learners have completed our programmes.
We operate a blended learning approach that involves in-class workshops, in-cell learning, one-to-one coaching, guest speakers and peer mentoring.
Our current in-class programmes are 'Business Start-Up Essentials' and 'Build Your Business Plan'.
Our current distance learning courses are Level 1: Understanding Enterprise, Level 2: Preparing to Start a Digital Business, Level 3: Creating and Starting a Digital Business.
Several learners have gone on to launch a business post-release and our feedback from our learners has always been overwhelmingly positive.

HMP Standford Hill - Rocketeer Business Challenge

Rocketeer has been operating at Standford Hill since 2019, where we operate a tailored programme for the Category D population.
Learners are set tasks each week that incorporate entrepreneurial skills and qualities.
Learners complete our IOEE assessments alongside weekly challenges.
Entrepreneurs that show potential receive free coaching upon release.
Over 300 learners have completed our programmes at Standford Hill and we continue to receive positive feedback.
We also support participants post-release and have had several people successfully launch a business after their time in prison.

HMP Downview - Digital Marketing & Content Creation

Rocketeer created a bespoke Digital Marketing & Content Creation programme to fulfil the needs of HMP Downview and have worked there since early 2023.
Learners work as a team to complete a contextualised project within the prison.
Projects have included a marketing campaign for the Hair & Beauty Salon, a podcast sharing information about prison life and a campaign for promoting Yoga in prisons
The programme includes units on Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Website Design, Branding, the Impact of AI, Video Production, Paid Advertising and SEO.
Over 60 learners have completed the programme and we have a waiting list of residents waiting to do the programme.
